Current Issues Popup blockers Some student may experience problems when taking self-check tests or quizzes. This is usually due to a popup blocker being enabled. This will not allow the answer box to display when the "Check" button is clicked after an answer is selected. Disabling any popup-blocking programs generally resolves this issue. Frequently Asked Questions I forgot my password. How do I get it? You may click on the "I Forgot!" button to retrieve your login credentials via email. Why aren't my Questions results appearing in my progress report? The Questions section in Webmentor is implemented for self-check purposes, and the results are not graded. The self-check questions may be taken any number of times, as necessary. WebMentor Assessments, on the other hand, are graded once submitted. The results for assessments will display in your progress report, which is accessible through your course session classroom. New Student Enrollment is disabled, how do I enroll? You may disregard New Student Enrollment, as you may login using the following guest login credentials: Student ID: student Password: student You will then be able to access the sample course, which contains the test needed before enrolling for a class. Do I need to manually enroll myself?
